Random Acts of Lottery Campaign | Integrated Campaign
If you won the lottery, how would you use your winnings to help someone else? The West Virginia Lottery wanted to find answers to this question and make some of those dreams come true. Fahlgren Mortine developed the Random Acts of Lottery integrated campaign that includes a microsite where players can learn about the program and submit "random act" ideas for a chance to make their wishes a reality.
The campaign is a huge hit on social media and the Lottery has already performed many "random acts," including a $250 food donation to the homeless and 500 pounds of supplies to a local animal shelter.
The Random Acts of Lottery campaign also won several awards, including four gold awards for Microsite, Launch Spot, TV Campaign and State Fair Launch, as well as two silver awards for Checkout Dividers and Social Media, at the West Virginia ADDYs.
The Random Acts of Lottery Social Media Campaign won an Award of Excellence at the Central Ohio Prism Awards.
