JUMP (Jack's Urban Meeting Place)

Website Design

Jack's Urban Meeting Place (JUMP) is a new museum, community space and outdoor park in the heart of downtown Boise. JUMP's five studios and numerous outdoor spaces are designed to engage visitors through classes and events like "JUMP into 3D Design" and "Everyday Meditation."

The Opportunity

JUMP wanted a digital presence as engaging as the space itself. The marketing team wanted something that would showcase the beautiful spaces, highlight all there is to do and allow visitors to sign up for classes and events.

The Solution

Fahlgren Mortine created a website with an energetic design aesthetic, bold colors and big imagery. Galleries and image carousels brought the physical spaces to life online. Fahlgren created a custom search solution to present event and class information from various sources. And separate third parties for scheduling and payment processing were integrated into the site – making registration a seamless experience.

Results has been well received. More users are coming to the site, staying on the site longer, and interacting with the new site features. In the first month since launch, improvements over last year's data are clear:

  • Sessions are up 176%
  • Page views are up 170%
  • Average session duration is up 153.21%

In addition, there have been 1,767 unique downloads, 702 clicks to register for events and 641 contact requests. The JUMP marketing team has been thrilled with the new site:
