Cooper Tire partnered with Fahlgren Mortine to enhance and optimize its consumer website shopping experience with the goal of pairing updated architecture and imagery with new, best-in-class product research, selection and review tools. Concepts were designed around the personal concierge approach - fulfilling the consumer's tire informational needs with as few steps as possible for their vehicle application.
Consumers rely on online research for large purchases, so Cooper is helping to address this head-on with a visually appealing, intuitive and engaging website. Their goal is to educate consumers and arm them with the exact information they need for the tires that fit their vehicle.
Using analytics and persona research, Fahlgren Mortine created the architecture and visual design layer, developing a fully responsive web experience. As a certified Kentico partner, this CMS solution makes content updates and management of the product database easy to navigate. Features like the 'Tire Navigator' were integrated, which allows for custom storage of vehicle information, an interactive dealer locator tool, video segments and social media feeds.
