Despite being the market leader, sales growth was slow, and Balloon Time found themselves in a traffic jam of brands targeting moms.
By honing in on "influencer moms," we were able to reach them both online and through social networking platforms. The "Put a Face on Fun" campaign was a national photo contest where parents were invited to not only submit pictures of their kids, but also share them online.
Web traffic increased by 46% over the previous year. In nine months, the campaign garnered 4,000 Facebook likes and Balloon Time was mentioned in nearly 40 mom-influencer blogs.
